Not only has Daniel coached and trained a number of Australia's most successful entrepreneurs and biggest property brands, Daniel has also run and grown a number of businesses across Australia. Having developed and implemented training curriculum for most of Australia's largest brands, Daniel believes as competition shifts, so to does the need for a new paradigm in how a business re-invents themselves via sales process and sales technique. With an ever present focus on integrity and the highest levels of customer service and professionalism, Daniel's philosophy is about tailoring a market specific approach to the overall business plan of the organisation. Karla has 20 years commercial experience working with business, to assist leaders in understanding how to motivate, engage and best leverage a businesses most important asset, it’s people. With a background in human resource management, leadership, culture and organisational development, Karla understands the opportunities that exist to best leverage people for growth and profitability. Karla has worked and consulted to a variety of industries and businesses large and small. Irrespective of the industry or business, Karla believes the common factor in achieving true business success, is the motivation, passion, training, development, leadership and discretionary effort of its people working towards a shared goal. With an outcome orientated focus and the ability to quickly and easily form a trusted partnership with any business, Karla’s focus is on developing pragmatic, strategic solutions in line with best practice and leading edge developments in business.
